The Process

Dental night guards are customized to fit the natural ridges of your teeth. An impression of your upper and lower teeth will be taken. The mold is composed of plaster material and will be sent to a lab to create your night guard.

Then, the night guard is constructed from hard acrylic or soft laminate for comfort and protection. When our office receives the guard, you will be contacted to come in for a fitting. Your new night guard will be comfortable and allowed breathability to avoid teeth grinding at night.

Night Gaurd Care

We recommend brushing your nightguard and rinsing it after each use. You may soak the guard in a 3% hydrogen peroxide solution for at least 10 minutes. Please, store your night guard in a ventilated case in the morning. Before using, always rinse before putting it in your mouth.
